As Principal (from 04-06-06 to 05-06-06 & 30-01-07 to 06-06-07 &  from 06-06-2009 and continuing)
1. Steady development of infrastructure for all the departments by augmenting the laboratories by latest state of art of equipments.
2. Purchase has been effected for almost 5.3 crore rupees worth (Equipments, Books, LRS etc.)
3. The civil construction works have been started after a span of 6 years (for the EHV lab in the EEE dept.)
4. Development of favourable climate for commitment among students, Staff & local bodies, management.
5. Maintaining a good academic ambience in the campus. The college could produce ranks in the B.Tech & MCA exams.
6.  Nominated as member Board of studies (Kannur University) and an responsible for many innovative programmes such as syllabi revision, unification of 1st year B Tech syllabus maintaining sustained competing advantage.
7. Served as warden for 5 hostels with effect from October 2000 to 31-05-2005.
8. Under TEQIP much stress has been given in expansion, Diversification and modernisation of various labs.
9. Steps have been initiated to move the institution for accreditation process.
10. Steps have been initiated to construct compound wall, under the guidance of LBS centre & co-ordinating the help extended by PTA.
11. MOUs have been signed with the Lead Institution MIT Calicut & with Government of Kerala under TEQIP.
