Indian Society For Technical Education

A chapter of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) is functioning in our institute. The activities of ISTE have several dimensions such as career development , personality development, communication skill development etc. Several programs are organized to prepare faculty into Master trainers. The programs include invited talks by eminent people from the industry, subject up-gradation workshops , audiovisual shows etc. Sri. M.Jayakumar ,Asst. Professor ,EEE Detp. is the present secretary of the ISTE chapter in college.

 Depatrment of Computer Science & Engg. has organised four Short Term Training Programmes (STTPs) with the sponsership of ISTE.
